This guide details how to manage your subscription, download tax invoices, update payment methods, or make plan adjustments.

2. Accessing the Billing Portal
To view your active subscription details:
- Click your avatar in the navigation menu and select Settings.
- Switch to the Billing & Subscription tab.
- Your current tier, next renewal date, active payment method, and billing interval (Monthly vs Annual) will be displayed.
3. Updating Payment Methods & Invoices
Changing Credit Cards
Click Update Payment Method to securely enter a new Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or UPI payment method. All payment data is processed securely through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways.
Downloading PDF Invoices
Scroll down to the Invoice History section. Click Download PDF beside any previous billing cycle to obtain a formal receipt complete with your business tax ID, company address, and VAT/GST details.
4. Canceling or Changing Your Subscription
You maintain complete control over your subscription with zero lock-in:
- To Cancel: Click Cancel Subscription in the Billing tab.
- Grace Period: Upon cancellation, you retain full Pro access until the conclusion of your current paid billing period. No further charges will ever occur.
- Data Protection: Canceling will never delete your tasks or boards; your account simply transitions gracefully to the Free tier.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. In the Billing tab, click Switch to Annual to save 20% on your annual subscription. The remaining balance of your monthly plan is automatically prorated as credit.
