Refund &
Cancellation.

We stand behind the quality of Flowa. If you are not completely satisfied with your premium subscription for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to new subscriptions only (first-time purchase per account).

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once processed. However, if you forgot to cancel and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will review your case and may issue a refund at our discretion.

We recommend setting a calendar reminder before your renewal date if you wish to cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

• Go to Settings → Billing in the Flowa app
• Click "Cancel Subscription"
• Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing cycle
• You will not be charged again after cancellation

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle, unless you are within the 30-day window for a new subscription.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@flowa-app.tech with:

• Your registered email address
• The reason for your refund request
• Your order or transaction reference number (if available)

Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Once your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if:

• The service has been extensively used during the refund period
• There is evidence of Terms of Service violations
• The request is submitted after the applicable refund window has passed
