By accessing or using Flowa ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service.

Flowa is a productivity and deep-work management platform that includes:

• Focus timers (Pomodoro, Flowtime, ADHD Sprint frameworks)
• Task and project management
• Team collaboration features
• Analytics and productivity insights
• Plugin and extension ecosystem

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Some features of Flowa require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable subscription fees as described on the pricing page
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our refund policy: new subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of initial purchase; renewals are non-refundable except at our discretion within 48 hours of charge

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay (for Indian users). We do not store your payment details on our servers.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flowa and its licensors. Your content remains yours — we claim no ownership over your tasks, notes, or workspace data.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
